IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE PRODUCT, IT’S ALSO ABOUT THE ECO-EXPERIENCE

During shipment, any changes within your order is prohibited. So before shipment, make sure that every detail you want to modify in your order must be accurate.

During shipment, changing your shipping address is prohibited.

One can’t have the same day delivery. Orders comes in a process same as to every online store. The shipment, payment and delivery takes a lot of time specially for overseas.

As of now, there’s no rewards or points system available within Go-Compost.

The payment can only be done through online. No cash on delivery is allowed.

There’s no specific time. It hardly depends on your location. The only thing that we can assure you is that the product will be delivered in the same high quality as you expected.

You have a total of 14 days from the item’s delivery date to return it and request for a refund. Anything after that will be disregarded.

Depending on what circumstances you’re in: If you were the one who inflicted the damage, then it can’t be returned—- But if it was delivered damaged, you have to show any kind of proof to support your complain and ask for a return/refund.

Charges such as shipping and handling fees, gift wrap fees and taxes paid are not refundable.
