Suppose the product you received happens not to meet your satisfaction and you feel the need to return the product or request a refund. In that case, you have a maximum of 14 allowable days from the item’s delivery date to return the product and inquire about reimbursement. Any items bought on go-compost.com can be replaced with the below-supporting terms:
One must request a return authorization must be within 14 days of the delivery date. You are required to contact us through email@example.com for you to request and receive an RMA. Your returned product should include a return authorization number.
Once you received an RMA, you need to return the items immediately, then email us back with the RMA, including the tracking number to track your return.
To receive a refund within 14 days of the RMA receipt, you need to return the product to our provided address.
The returned product(s) should be in good physical condition (not damaged or broken physically.) Accessories that were included initially upon purchase must be intact when returned.
Additional terms and conditions:
Charges that are not refundable such as shipping and handling fees, gift wrap fees. and taxes paid (state, customs, or VAT.)
The customer who returned the items must be responsible for prepaying all shipping charges and liable for possible risks of loss or damage to the returned item(s) while transporting back to go-compost.com.
If you return an item to go-compost.com
(a)without a return permit provided by go-compost.com or
(b) missing accessories originally included upon purchase, go-compost.com is entitled to either deny approval of return or charge you a restocking fee equal to or greater than 30% of the product’s initial price (s) or the retail price of the missing parts and accessories.
If the returned product is decided by chance to be in good physical condition upon review, go-compost.com will maintain the right to charge you a 30 percent restocking fee. This fee should cover the labor cost and repackaging of a product developed to be in good condition.
A non-returnable item such as:
- Any software products that you can download.
- Health and personal care items.
We may require you to submit a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process. You should not have to refund the order back to the manufacturer as there are factual situations in which only partial reimbursement is given (if applicable.)
- Any books with simple use signs.
- DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, apps, cassette tapes, video games, or vinyl records (with obvious signs being opened.)
- Any objects that are not in their actual original state (damaged or missing parts) are not known to be defective for any reason.
- Any products that are returned after being shipped for more than 14 days.
Refunds (if relevant)
After the item has been returned, received, and completed with the inspection procedure, we will send you an email telling you that the item has been received. The same goes for your refund being accepted or denied.
A refund will be processed immediately if accepted. It will be credited to your credit card automatically or to where you made the initial payment.
Refunds missing or late (if relevant)
You may need to recheck your bank account first when a refund is not yet issued. Contact the credit card provider then, since there is a risk that it will take some time before your refund is officially released.
Contact your bank next since there is some processing period before your refund is released.

Sales items (if relevant)
Unfortunately, sales items are not refundable, and Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges Over (if relevant)
Only proven products that are damaged or faulty are replaceable. If there is a need to exchange for the same thing, send us an email at email@example.com so that when returning the products, we can give you more guidance on the procedures.
Please notice that exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods are no longer approved.
You’d receive a gift for the value of your return if items are marked as a gift upon purchase and will be shipped directly to you.
When the returned item is received, you will receive a gift certificate (sent by mail).
If not marked as a gift upon purchase of the item, or if the order was delivered to your gift-giver to send it to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift-giver and will find out about your return.
